Fixed a bug in the new feature that should enable you to play S2 without a save from S1. It had a major bug that we missed in testing. 2.6.2 fixes it enabling you to actually start a new playthrough without having 1.9.1 or a save from it.

Alternate Existence is a strongly story driven Visual Novel with dialogue choices and alternate paths/girl choices for some girls.
However, some of the women are a part of the story arc so you cannot “get out” of these relationships as it would completely drive the story into a wrong direction. The female cast is extensive and it is not possible to branch each story driven character out into an in-depth character-arc or completely write them out.
The whole game hinges on the story progression of the main character and although it looks like it, it is not your normal University MC going to get all the girls story. No, the story will surprise you.
If this is not for you, Alternate Existence isn’t the game for you. Complaining about it will not change anything in the story direction and relationships unfortunately.

Other characters are optional or game npc. But definitely more characters than mentioned above…
