General Tips
At the beginning of the game, it is useful to prioritize Marina’s route while also increasing Recognition through Jenna’s route and other available events. Reaching Recognition Rank 1 is particularly important because a number of later events require it.
Several progression systems are interconnected. Recognition, Charisma, Fitness, Corruption, Fans and character relationships can determine whether particular choices or events become available.
The game also contains random events. According to the v0.15 guide, a random event normally has a 10% chance to trigger at a location, with that chance divided among the events currently available in the location’s event pool.
Introduction Events
The introduction contains several decisions before the full sandbox structure opens. Not every choice has a permanent effect, but a few can influence stats or relationships.
- During the conversation with Sharon, choosing “I’m not sure but I didn’t want to hurt a child” improves Nicole’s Charisma.
- Choosing “The name does ring a bell but I don’t understand why” improves the relationship with Sharon.
- Allowing Rebecca to grope Nicole improves the relationship with Rebecca.
- When deciding whether to go to the bar or remain at home, going favors Rebecca-related content while staying leads toward Sienna-related content.
- Choosing to spend more time with Sienna can improve her relationship with Nicole.
- Some later introduction choices can increase Nicole’s Corruption.
- Teasing Jenna more during her introduction improves the relationship with Jenna.

Sienna Random Event
After Sienna Event 4, the v0.15 guide lists approximately a 1.6% chance for the relevant event to occur when Nicole wakes up at home in the morning.
Erika Random Event
After Erika Event 4, the base university event has approximately a 3% chance to occur on each school day. Additional relationship progression with Erika can change the event.
Important Stats and Progression
Recognition
Recognition is one of the most important early progression stats because Rank 1 and Rank 2 are required for multiple routes. Jenna is one of the primary characters for grinding and ranking Recognition, while Marina, Cassandra, Anri, Sarah and other events can also provide Recognition progression.
Fitness
Lola’s route is the primary Fitness-focused storyline in the v0.15 guide. Anri and several other events can also provide Fitness points. Some routes require Fitness Rank 1 or Rank 2 before particular choices become available.
Charisma
Charisma affects dialogue choices and progression in several routes, including Daniela, Rebecca, Lisa, Shirley and Tatiana. Some events can also provide Charisma points when Nicole has not yet reached a specified rank.
Corruption
Corruption unlocks alternative dialogue and branching choices in routes such as Mia, Sarah, Karin, Lisa and Sharon. In several cases, higher Corruption changes the direction of a character route rather than simply providing a stat bonus.
Fans
Fans are primarily connected with Nicole’s public-facing activities, modeling and Cosplay progression. Some Daniela, Elizabeth, Sienna and Cosplay events can increase Fans, while later events require Fans Rank 1.
Recommended Early Progression
Based on the v0.15 walkthrough, a practical early-game strategy is:
- Get the computer through Rebecca’s first event.
- Begin Marina’s route early.
- Progress Jenna’s route to raise Recognition.
- Reach Recognition Rank 1 as soon as reasonably possible.
- Use Lola and Anri events when you need Fitness.
- Pay attention to weekday-specific events, especially Wednesday and Thursday routes.
- Check Nicole’s cellphone regularly because many later events are triggered there.
- Track prerequisite events carefully because many character routes depend on one another.
Original New Body, New Life vs Remake
This walkthrough is intended for New Body, New Life Remake, not the discontinued original version of the game. The original project reached v0.7 before development stopped, while the Remake restarted the project with revised progression and additional content.
Because of those changes, walkthrough instructions written specifically for the original v0.7 release should not automatically be assumed to work with the Remake.
Walkthrough Version Compatibility
The source walkthrough used for this page covers Remake v0.15. The game has since reached v0.18, so this page should be treated as a verified v0.15 progression guide rather than a guaranteed complete walkthrough for every newer event.
- Guide Version: v0.15
- Verified Coverage: Events and routes documented in v0.15
- Current Game Version: v0.18
- v0.16–v0.18 Content: Not fully covered by the supplied walkthrough
If you are playing a later build and an event does not trigger exactly as described, check whether the route received new requirements or additional events after v0.15.
New Body, New Life Remake Walkthrough Summary
New Body, New Life Remake uses a highly interconnected progression system. Recognition is especially important early in the game, while Fitness, Charisma, Corruption, Fans and relationships unlock additional choices across different character routes.
The most efficient approach is to progress Marina and Jenna early, obtain Rebecca’s computer, build Recognition, and then work through the character routes while paying close attention to their prerequisite events, locations and days of the week.
This guide currently documents the major progression available in v0.15. As newer versions add routes or change requirements, those additions should be incorporated separately rather than silently treating an older walkthrough as fully compatible.
