Our Apartment occupies a genuinely unique position in the adult game space. The Teaching Feeling / Persona daily structure is the right framework for a game like this. Choosing how to spend each day — cooking together, exercising, talking, initiating intimacy — builds Naomi’s stats in ways that unlock content naturally rather than gating it behind arbitrary progress bars. When a sex sim position unlocks because you’ve built enough rapport, or when Naomi’s conditional outfit changes in Act 4 because her horniness stat has reached a threshold, the progression feels earned rather than mechanical. The sex sim itself is more interactive than most adult games attempt: speed controls, arousal dynamics that change based on stats, a cumming system tied to the player’s fitness level — Momoiro Software is clearly aiming for a genuinely gamified intimacy simulation rather than a passive scene viewer.

The customization system is a genuine standout. Over 500 individual outfit items and variants, multiple clothing states for each piece, and the Pose Mode that lets you arrange Naomi freely to preview combinations — this is the depth of customization you’d expect from a dedicated dress-up title built into a relationship sim. The voice acting across dialogue scenes gives Naomi a real character voice that sustains through the story’s year-long arc. At v0.9.3.a the story covers Acts 0–4 with cinematics and progression implemented — substantial content for a game still in active development.

Our Apartment is worth downloading even for players who typically prefer visual novels — the real-time 3D interaction is a genuinely different experience that’s difficult to describe and easier to appreciate when you’re inside it. If you’ve ever wanted an adult dating sim where the “dating” part has real depth, this is currently the best example of that idea being executed seriously.
