Changelog v.0.07 Battle System Up (With Hotfix)
General Common Hotfix:
- Fixed a bug where the “Skip Mini-Game” button did not disappear when setting up cameras, which caused a soft lock during gameplay (by blocking the return from board button)
- Any players experiencing an issue where they have a skip button outside the mini-game simply need to reload their save file (the button will disappear automatically; it is advisable to reload outside the mini-games)
Added:
- A completely redesigned battle interface and its functionality – you now have action and item cards. The main difference is that action cards can be used repeatedly, but require stamina and specific conditions, whereas item cards can be used at any time, but are single-use
- General AI behaviour – enemies evaluate their own cards and external circumstances (whether you or they have low health, etc.) with minimal randomisation involved. A safeguard has also been implemented to prevent the enemy from repeating the same action constantly.
- Effect mechanics have been added – you can now apply various effects to yourself and the enemy. These can be found on action and item cards. The enemy has the same ability if they have the relevant cards
- The “Plus Ultra” mechanic – accumulate points from attack cards to later gain the ability to use an ultimate card. Boss enemies have the same ability, so be careful. Each of them will also utter their villainous catchphrase before using it, heh heh…
- Camera work – a parallax effect and camera panning have been added during your choices and the AI’s choices to enhance the dynamics
- Option to view a detailed description of each card, as well as see how specific effects affect it (if any)
- Option to view a description of each applied effect and see which cards it affects (if any)
- Each card appears greyed out if it is currently unavailable. If you click on it, you will see the main reason why it is unavailable
- Logging has been implemented for AI card selection for future adjustments
- Every battle in the game is now available (the “Work in progress” message has been removed)
- Updated inventory interface
- Updated game window and quick menu interface
- Updated location navigation arrow interface
- Updated the interface for the standard skip function and choice menu
- Updated the raid map bar interface
- Changed 2 backgrounds for the combat system
- Added 2 factions – Lacroix and Yakuza

- Rollback is disabled during combat; if you attempt to rollback, you will be returned to the start of the battle
- Compatibility for old saves – your inventory and items will be automatically updated when you load your save
- Updated the attribution list in the “About Us” section

Fixed:
- Fixed a bug where button text could disappear in some places when changing languages
- Fixed a typo where training with Asui would show that your relationship with Uraraka had improved
- The defeat menu now takes you to the last checkpoint rather than the last save at the end of the week
- Changed the background of Corridor 1-A
- Fixed an issue with patrons where, after entering codes and loading a save, the codes would reset (everything is now fine; no need to re-enter)
- Fixed a bug where the “drill” item was not displayed in slot machines

- Fixed a bug where, during action Rest in combat, 140 stamina points were restored instead of 150
- Changed the camera position during the installation event in the evening in UA
- Removed the requirement to go on a date with Uraraka on Thursday in the quest “The classic of dating…”

- Replaced Heiz`s avatar in AirChat from the old model to the new one
