macOS — Install adult games on Mac
Installing adult games on Mac is straightforward once you know how to deal with Gatekeeper — Apple’s security system that blocks unsigned applications. - Download the Mac build from the game page (.app zip or .dmg file).
- Extract the zip or open the .dmg, then drag the .app to Applications.
- Try to open it — macOS will show a security warning. Close the warning.
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → scroll down.
- Click “Open Anyway” next to the blocked app name.
- Confirm in the next dialog — the game will launch normally.

iOS — Play adult games on iPhone & iPad
iOS is more restrictive than Android — Apple’s App Store explicitly prohibits adult content, so there is no official way to install adult games through it. However, two methods work without jailbreaking:
