After an accident turns you into a young adult again, you take on the role of one of the most beloved villains from the Kim Possible series.
Coming up with the ultimate plan to once and for all destroy her, you move to her city and enroll in her school. This time, the plan is to defeat her emotionally, instead of physically. The plan is simple, but unfortunately, keeping a low profile when you’re a mastermind isn’t easy, and you slowly find yourself surrounded by both friends and enemies of Kim Possible…
How you will deal with both friends, foes, sluts and more is for you to decide as each girl has multiple routes and conclusions to reach.

Project: Possible is a 3DCG anime-style adult visual novel by independent developer leroy2012 built around one of the more inventive premises in the adult parody game space. You play as Señor Senior Senior — an elderly eccentric multibillionaire and part-time supervillain who, after a battle goes catastrophically wrong, accidentally regains his youth. His new plan: enroll in the same college as his long-time nemesis Kim and defeat her not physically but emotionally — seduce her, break her heart, and walk away victorious. The plan sounds simple. It isn’t.College life proves far more complicated than any supervillain scheme. Kim is not the only girl with her eye on you — Bonnie, Tara, Monique, and others enter the story with their own routes, secrets, and demands on your attention. A city map lets you explore different locations, each character has their own relationship points system (tracking Hate, Love, Lust, and Lewd separately), and your choices accumulate across 25 patches of story to produce wildly different outcomes. Project: Possible earns its following by taking its premise seriously in exactly the right way. Playing as a supervillain who wants to destroy a hero by making her fall in love with you — and then having the plan completely unravel as you discover you might actually be falling for her, and for half a dozen other people in the process — is a comedic setup that leroy2012 executes with consistent wit and timing. Señor Senior Senior’s internal voice is the backbone of the whole game: pompous, self-aware, and increasingly confused by emotions he spent decades claiming to have transcended. The comedy works because the character writing underneath it is genuine.

The multi-character relationship system is one of the game’s strongest mechanical ideas. Each girl has separate point tracks for Hate, Happy, Love, Lust, and Lewd — meaning the same character can simultaneously think you’re a terrible person and find you intensely attractive, with those tensions producing their own story paths. The Bonnie and Kim routes in particular benefit from this: both characters have “love” and “villain” routes that play out very differently depending on which points you’ve been building, and neither ending is obviously the “right” one. leroy2012 has stated that players who like love routes will enjoy Patch 20 onwards specifically — a good signal that the romantic content gets more developed in the later patches.

The 3DCG anime-style art is clean and character-faithful to the source material while being distinct enough to carry the game’s own visual identity. The city map exploration gives the game genuine sandbox texture: different locations unlock different events, random events keep repeat visits interesting, and the RNG system (both 0-included and 0-excluded variants) means some encounters genuinely vary between playthroughs. Each character in Project: Possible has five separate relationship point tracks that accumulate independently:

Hate points — built by antagonistic or villain-coded choices
Happy points — built by positive, supportive interactions
